Bulla is an established gastrobar brand with seven locations across the country, including locations in Doral and Coral Gables. Its inspiration draws from the popular tapas bars and gastropubs in Spain and features delicious Mediterranean food meant for sharing, as well as a unique and vibrant atmosphere for its guests. After starting out with Bulla Gastrobar (Coral Gables) six years ago, it didn't take long for them to open Bulla Gastrobar (Doral) and spread through the nation later on. Let's take a closer look at what sets Bulla apart from other similar restaurants in Miami.
Starting off is their top quality food. Excellent tapas stand out as one of Bulla´s specialties, accompanied by a considerable wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, and seasonal menu items. Bulla's regional chef and his team bring their extensive culinary knowledge gained from various travels to create a well-rounded menu and always up to trend menu that everyone can indulge in. Guests might also enjoy stopping by on Tuesdays for their infamous Paella Tuesdays and get a taste of this traditional Spanish dish. The restaurant also includes $18 prix fixe lunch menus Monday to Friday and a prix fixe brunch menu for $27.
Bulla Gastrobar is also a great place to have cocktails with friends and family. The restaurant offers half-off happy hour on alcoholic beverages Monday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., but if bottomless sangria and mimosas are more your speed, then you might want to stop by during brunch on the weekends. Bulla also offers a private dining room and reservations are available for any upcoming special events, holidays and graduation. Also, if you're planning on stopping by during busy hours, I recommend booking a table reservation in advance.
