A favorite among pet owners is Hobie Island Beach Park. This dog-friendly beach in Miami gets packed and is relatively small, so be sure to get there early to enjoy a full day in the water. The view here is definitely a plus as it's filled with lush palm trees and, beyond the water, you can see the city skyline. Also, the water level is perfect for dogs! There are not many waves, and it's shallow for a good while until the water deepens. Your dog will absolutely love running through the water and playing fetch here.
Is your dog a runner? Then this dog-friendly beach park is for you. There is plenty of space for your pup to run around and release all his pent-up energy. They also provide a smaller dog area in case you have a little guy. The park part is before the actual beach, where then there is no barrier as the dogs are allowed to be let off-leash and roam the beach as they please. Parking here is $7; although some other beaches don't charge, it's certainly worth it.
