The best seafood in town!!! Since early age Claudio Giordano showed his tendency of love for food and wine, so at fourteen, after finishing junior high school, instead of going to technological school, as suggested by his teachers, he decided to go to hospitality school.
During his time in school he discovered yet another passion, life at sea. He spent a summer abroad at Elba Island as part of an apprenticeship where he learned spearfishing, something that has stayed with him all his life from his time in South America all the way to Miami.
Claudio has since opened several successful restaurants in Venezuela and Miami garnishing him with several prestigious award including a Top 25 Restaurant in the USA in 1990 for La Bussola Restaurant.
