Fontainebleau’s Cellar 1954 Dinner Series welcomes Viña Don Melchor for an indulgent evening showcasing a custom multi-course menu at their coastal Italian restaurant, Mirabella.
Event Details
Special guest Enrique Tirado, Viña Don Melchor’s CEO and Winemaker, will guide guests through an exclusive selection of vintage pours, perfectly paired with dishes custom-created by Mirabella’s Executive Chef Paul Keyser. A cheers to milestones, 2024 marks Viña Don Melchor’s 35th harvest anniversary, as well as Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s 70th anniversary.
