Flay, a 2018 SOBEWFF® Tribute Dinner Honoree, fell in love with the traditional flavors of the eternal city last summer under the expert guidance of a fellow American in Rome, Katie Parla. Parla, a cookbook author and author of the eponymous, Saveur award–winning food and travel site KatieParla.com, introduced Flay to the culinary wonders of the Italian capital and will be on-hand to provide her Roman stamp of approval to this unforgettable dining experience. Flay will be joined by Sarah Cicolini, chef/owner of Santo Palato in Rome - one of Parla's favorites - and Cecconi’s Executive Chef Sergio Sigala to treat diners to their very own Roman holiday.
