About Key Biscayne
Key Biscayne is an island town east of Miami and lies south of Miami Beach. The village is connected to Miami via the Rickenbacker Causeway. It's home to beautiful white sandy beaches and offers a wide variety of outdoor activities. To get to Key Biscayne by car, you'll pass the Miami Seaquarium, which is home to the original "Flipper," a popular TV show that ran from 1964-67 about a pet bottlenose dolphin. Miles of beautiful beaches and can be enjoyed by bike, rollerblades or scooters on Key Biscayne. Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Recreation Area is also located on the southern tip of Key Biscayne and is one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Miami area.
