Accompanying these dishes are flavorful rice options like oxtail fried rice and coconut rice, along with sides like mac & cheese, braised greens, charred yams, and broccolini. For an extra treat, guests can indulge in an à la carte raw bar station featuring ½ dozen oysters ($18), conch ceviche ($9), and shrimp cocktail ½ dozen ($18). The meal is perfectly rounded off with desserts such as barley porridge with cranberry, brown butter sweet potato pie, key lime tart, and mud pie. Holiday cocktails, including Christmas sangria ($16) and coquito ($18), add a festive touch.
