Gala Dinner: To begin for the table - a Cheese & Charcuterie Selection starter; Crab Louie Salad - crab, lobster, bibb lettuce, asparagus, avocado, tomato, remoulade. Mains: choice of one - Mediterranean Bronzino blue crab, baby shrimp, orange fennel salad; Squid Ink Lobster Tagliatelle bay scallops, truffle cream, lemon; Grilled Filet Mignon with vegetable frites, mole sauce.
