Curated by Executive Chef Kaytlin Dangaran, the menu is locally inspired featuring dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Hand-crafted specialty cocktails and a select list of food friendly wines complement the creative cuisine.

For those on the go, Verde’s coffee bar serves pastries and sweets, fresh juices, sandwiches and salads, artisanal cheeses and specialty coffee drinks.

Admission to the museum is not required to dine at Verde. PAMM members receive a 10% discount. Verde is operated by STARR Catering Group, exclusive catering partner of PAMM and one of the country’s most distinguished catering groups.
