The SPA at Auberge Beach, Fort Lauderdale’s acclaimed wellness destination, is kicking off a happy and healthy new year with its Vino & Vinyasa series, in partnership with SOL Yoga.
Event Details
Every Wednesday, beginning on January 8th, The SPA will welcome guests for a luxurious wellness experience beginning with a relaxing yoga class taught by one of SOL Yoga’s premier instructors on the SPA’s terrace. Following the 60-minute yoga session, attendees will be offered a complimentary glass of wine followed by full access to the SPA’s amenities including the infrared sauna, eucalyptus steam room, salt cave, sound meditation lounge and locker rooms.
