It’s here again! The 4th Annual Health & Wellness FestivalMJD Wellnes and Community Center is hosting the “4th Annual Health and Wellness Fair Festival" on Saturday October 12, 2019 in Griffin Park 12220 Griffin Boulevard North Miami, FL 33161 from 8:00 Am – 9:00 PM. This event will be held in the lobby of Griffin Park. The target audience for this event is North Miami Community; however, open to the community. This eclectic event will feature Health Screening, Insurance Application Enrollment, Citizenship Drive and Food Distribution. will be live music and entertainment.
The price for each booth is as follows:
Base PackagePrice: $200.00  only for non profit organisation

Food vendors 

Please provide copy of: health permit/certificate, business license and proof of insurance with submission 
Permit must be displayed at event 
Vendor must bring own sink, hose and arrange for hot water 
There will be NO selling of any Beverages at the Park!!!!
