Over 80% of Condominiums Sold in Grove at Grand Bay
The Grove at Grand Bay is a much-anticipated preconstruction project that is so promising, it has already sold 80% of its units as of the end of January. Real Deal Miami, a website covering local real estate news, has reported on this momentous achievement.
Terra Group’s Grove at Grand Bay project says it has reached 80 percent in sales at its planned North Tower, and is going ahead with a launch of sales at the project’s South Tower. The sales have totaled more than $120 million, according to Terra. The South Tower includes 38 residential units. “We have received a tremendous response from the market for Grove at Grand Bay,” said David Martin, COO of Terra Group. Grove at Grand Bay will be located on the site of the former Grand Bay Hotel in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.
The $400 million condominium complex will be built on the site of the old Grand Bay Hotel, located on 2675 South Bayshore Drive. It’s one of the largest and most ambitious residential developments to date. The development will comprise two buildings: the North Tower, with 59 units, and the South Tower, with 37 units. The buildings will bear a distinctive and modern architectural design, including stylish lobbies, elegant green spaces, and world-class features and amenities.
