In 2017, Gonzalez opened his first location, Pilo’s Street Tacos, a quick-service restaurant concept centered around its authentic, bold flavors and inclusive environment in the heart of Brickell (Miami, FL). In 2020, Pilo’s Tequila Garden was born in Miami’s Wynwood Art District. Based on the same menu of the first location with increased offerings and one of Miami’s largest varieties of tequila.
