i am currently in talks with other vendors but as you can tell i am very skeptical now. i threatened to leave them and they lowered my rate by .5% but I am still planning to terminate our relationship asap.

Cons: I can say from personal experience that this is one company that treats medical billing like a cash cow. they take forever to return calls even though my one of my practice was completely offline for an entire day. They cost us thousands of dollars. Our patients were not happy. some of them we never saw again. i cannot afford to have shoddy customer service. even then, my first pass resolution rate did not increase significantly after i switched to avisena. they promised me profits, all i got were problems.
