Be transported to Japan in Uchi’s sophisticated private dining room where guests will learn all about the making and production of sake, highlighting classic varietals and how the dinner’s paired dishes bring out subtle flavors.

You’ll leave with a satiated palate and new knowledge on how to pair your next glass of sake.

Enjoy five sake varieties between Nigori, Junmai Daiginjo, Yamahai and Tokubetsu Junmai, with food accompaniments featuring fan-favorite and seasonal specials, such as nigiri, Scallop Crudo with cherry blossom zu, Hanger Steak with brown butter chimichurri, Honshimeji (black lentil) and Banana Cake with White Coffee Kahlua-infused ice cream for dessert.
