Celebrate Spring with The Deck at Island Gardens’ New Tropical-Inspired Cocktail

The Deck at Island Gardens has announced a new floral and tropical-inspired cocktail menu, just in time for spring!

New cocktails and spritzes include:
- Biscayne Breeze: Tequila Blanco, homemade lychee purée, butterfly pea flower syrup, and Yellow Chartreuse
- Hibiscus Mule: Vodka, hibiscus syrup, lime juice and rose water topped with Fever-Tree ginger beer
- The Islander: Dark rum, Grand Marnier, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and bitters topped with a mint bouquet (served in a fresh coconut on Sundays)

In addition to these, two signature cocktails are still on the menu: the Passion-ista, made with cachaça, passion fruit purée, rose water and petals; and From St. Barths With Love, crafted with vodka, mango liqueur, fresh mango purée, and topped with a mint bouquet.

Guests are also encouraged to enjoy Sunset RSVP, the restaurant’s revamped take on its classic happy hour, every Wednesday to Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. The weeknight happy hour serves specially priced drinks and chilled seafood specials.
