We are back for a fifth year with our annual March 5th event – “Namaste Miami – It’s 305 DAY!”

Celebrate 305 DAY with STAY FIT 305 at Ironside Miami with a yoga flow featuring amazing energy, good vibes, and incredible people.

The 305 DAY yoga flow will be led by instructor – Lizzy Chiappy, Co-Founder of Casa Vinyasa.

We are so excited to see you on 305 DAY – make sure to get your tickets ASAP and don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat!
