About Leslie Cartaya
The Cuban singer Leslie Cartaya carries in her blood the rhythms of her land, but at the same time, the influence of jazz and American funk have shaped her artistic personality until she reaches her own and very original musical style.
Leslie, the princess of Son, appeared as a soloist in 2013 with her first record production called "Do not stop." The rhythms of Caribbean, African American, Afro-Cuban and Latin American music were harmoniously merged into this album that contains 19 tracks, of which 18 are written by Leslie.
