Full Job Description Sales Development Representative The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for qualifying, educating, and prospecting for potential clients and upgrading opportunities utilizing our prospecting platforms including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to identify, connect with and warm up quality prospects. As an SDR, you will use a combination of phone, email, social media, and other tech stacks to help build our sales pipeline by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their unique needs, and identifying the best way to position our firm. You’ll have the opportunity to master your sales skills in an environment that fosters teamwork and drives continuous learning and growth.
What you’ll do: Manage a high volume of daily outbound emails and calls to targeted accounts
• Develop targeted call lists
• Create personalized emails to engage targeted accounts
• Utilize social selling techniques to expand the network and open new opportunities
• Managed opportunities to accelerate the sales cycle
• Provide exceptional customer service to inbound inquiries
• Documenting your activities within CRM
• Phone Skills & Dials: 75+ dials/day with a goal to set around 25-30 appointments per month
• Conduct client & prospect research on the individuals the Sales Professional meets with to identify potential connections to other ideal customers for referrals
• Assist with some customer service communications to provide a world-class experience and additional sales opportunities

The SDR will learn and gain mastery of our proven prospecting, lead nurturing, and appointment setting methodologies. The SDR will be assigned to an experienced Sales Professional to support their sales activities by adding additional selling opportunities to their schedule. SDRs who demonstrates the work ethic, coachability, and aptitude for generating quality leads and appointments will have the opportunity to be hired into our full-fledged Sales Professional opportunity. SDR Typical Day
• Strategize with your Account Executive teammates to design the best break-in strategy for assigned accounts
• Run cutting edge outbound cadences of emails, social, and calls to secure meetings with top decision-makers
• Collaborate with your managers to ensure you’re collecting all the relevant prospects data required to set meetings up for success
• Learn from and be mentored by some of the most talented sales executives and managers in the IT industry
