There’s no shortage of fun things to do this Halloween. But if you’re really looking for a fright, Doral is the place to be every night. Doral's House of Horror Haunted Carnival is bar none Miami’s best-haunted house. This year, you, your friends, family and significant others will have this bustling enclave of Halloween horror to indulge in from October 5th to November 4th.
Those who have been to the House of Horror Haunted Carnival will notice familiar sights, rides and attractions that make this event a Miami staple. However, while this showcase event has made Miami hoot, holler and belt out bone-chilling screams for the past 17 years, there are some new features and attractions to check out.
Anyone eager for a rush will want to experience the park’s new adrenaline-pumping rides. The park has added some new faces to its cast of frightening characters as well. But, naturally, the experience everyone congregates to this park for is the haunted house. And it’s something special.
There are actually two experiences at House of Horror Haunted Carnival. The first is the 1455 Asylum which stuffed to the brim with characters with a few screws loose and ready to make you jump out of your shoes. And once you traverse the Gates of Phobias you’ll be transported to a world like no other. Nearly all of your surroundings will be rendered in 3D so realistically you’ll hardly be able to tell what’s real and what’s fake.
In addition to the rides and haunted house, there’s the popular live circus, HellzaPoppin, which is always a treat. And for those seeking a respite from the shrieks and scares, the Freak Emporium is back again with its usual collection of strange trinkets.
If your heart’s ready for the scare Miami’s Best Haunted House tickets are a fun, affordable for all. Tickets for children are just $10 every day. Weekday tickets for adults cost just $15 on weekdays and are $29 on weekends.
