Calling all art lovers …Art Miami is almost here! Opening December 6th, take a trip to the 305 for an adventure kicking off Miami Art Week. This art infused event is hosting its 28th edition this year and holds a prestige place in the realm of America’s modern art. Over the years it has established itself as a destination with some of the most important pieces and works from both the 20th and 21st centuries. This year it has a new location in downtown Miami at One Herald Plaza on Biscayne Bay.
Art Miami’s director signed a multi-year agreement with Resorts World international, a world-renowned location to host this year’s edition. It is known as one of the most exquisite waterfront locations that the city of Miami has to offer on Biscayne Bay. This location is expected to be aesthetically pleasing as well as provide the audience with an abundant level of convenience, beautiful surroundings, and all amenities that one could possibly need. This special event has been a part of the Midtown/Wynwood Art District for the last decade and has established concrete relationships among members as well as creating a credible image for itself that now expands into international recognition for this area.
Those that run this event applaud the exceptional landowners, developers, and business owners involved in being able to make their hopes and dreams become a reality and now an asset to the beloved Miami community. This art-filled excursion takes place on December 6-10th and VIP members get to preview it December 5th. A one day pass is priced at $50.00, a multi-day pass at $95.00, and a VIP pass at $250.00. For those lucky enough to attend the preview on December 5th, it begins at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 10 p.m. General admission is Wednesday through Sunday and goes on every day within that time frame from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. This gives plenty of time for one to explore and see all that the event offers.
