This is the official fb of Blue Collar Restaurant located at 6730 Biscayne Blvd. Page is maintained by some of our Staff. Its me Danny Serfer. Some of you know me from the neighborhood growing up and some may know may me from Chef Allen's or the Fisheries. This is my new restaurant I am opening and I hope to see you there. I'm gonna be offering contemporary American food which I guess is my way of saying whatever I feel like. I look forward to having you there as my guest and feeding you.
